Mentoring of Sustainability Graduates
Mentored sustainability qualified graduates to ensure they were able to transition from university into the corporate world utilising their skills and youth.
Objective: Support graduates over two years through 4 separate placements and ensure they are ready for the energy industry and able to find excellent employment.
Description: Use traditional mentoring methods and create opportunities for graduates, by involving them in a wide range of projects and activities. Then continually challenged and questioned their intentions, and their assumptions to sharpen their ability to bring innovation to projects.
Achieved: Several Graduates now working very successfully in innovation, offshore wind, product design and new nuclear.
